What’s included in the core communications package?

The core package includes open enrollment announcement and reminder postcards, benefits decision guides, open enrollment emails and other ongoing emails, and educational videos.

What optional capabilities are available?

Optional services include virtual benefits fairs, mobile responsive microsites, fully custom videos, mobile wallets and newsletters, posters, flyers, brochures, and multichannel messaging such as text, email, and ringless voicemail. Availability, timing, and pricing are scoped separately.

Is reporting included?

Yes. Clients have access to a reporting dashboard to monitor campaign performance and identify what’s resonating with participants.
