For bulk purchase annuity clients, we offer a standardised onboarding service that allows you to bring on new books of business in a safe, efficient and reliable way, with robust reconciliation tools to support the onboarding journey.

Your policyholders

We can provide multiple solutions for supporting your policyholders. They can write to us, call our First Contact Centre or engage with us digitally through our secure online portal or mobile app – or we can connect to your own online capabilities if they already exist. And when your policyholders contact us, a combination of our technology and expertise means we’ll help them quickly and with empathy, all geared to helping them feel confident and in control of their pension.
This can be done through Aptia’s own branding, or we can work with you to provide white label services.
