+ Which contact method should you choose?
The easiest and quickest way to contact us is using our Contact Aptia Pensions webpage. There you can:
1) Raise a new request or ask a question
2) Upload photos or scanned copies of original documents and completed forms
3) Request updates. Please have your National Insurance number, date of birth and reference (if known) ready.

+ Where do I find my reference?
If you are responding to a letter from us, the reference is at the start of the letter, usually below the scheme name. This will help us store this request with your existing information. The format of the reference will either be: a series of numbers 8 characters in length, or 3 letters followed by a series of numbers (9-12 characters in total length).
+ I need to notify you of a bereavement, how can I do this?
Using our Contact Aptia Pension webpage, please select ‘Me’. On this page, select ‘Bereavement’.
We understand that this is a difficult time and we want to make this process as easy as possible. Please refer to the Bereavement Video or the Bereavement Guide for an explanation of what you need to do and the information you need to provide. If you are informing us of a bereavement, and you have not contacted us before, please start at ‘Inform us of a bereavement’.
If you have already informed us of the bereavement and now need to provide us with additional information, please use ‘Provide additional information’ to complete the information online or ‘Raise a general bereavement query or upload your documents’ to upload a copy of the completed form.

If you are unable to use Contact Aptia Pensions and would like support on how to use our webpage, please call us on 0345 646 0643. If you are unable to upload documents, you can post the documents to us. If you do send us original documents, we would suggest that you do this by recorded delivery. Aptia cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the post. All original documents will be returned to you by recorded delivery once copies have been taken.
